| At one point they took up almost the entire front page. Well this is something different. Who wants to join the CBCS Hernia Club? (Please no photos) I became a member today and meet with a surgeon to discuss options on Wednesday. Getting old sucks. |

| I had hernia surgery when I was 8. My brother was 10. We shared a hospital room. I think they said we were born with it. Or it was genetic in some way. As we both had it and were kids. I believe we had it on both sides too, but they only need to repair one side. The other took care of itself. So not always an old man gets it. I’ve been a member for over 40 years now….top that!! |

| @flanders - That sucks! Heal fast and hopefully avoid other clubs of this type. I joined the ruptured disc/back surgery club a few months ago, and from my experience, it’s a pretty crappy club. | ||

I'm a member too. It's not bad enough to have surgery...yet. I think I got it from picking up all those heavy long boxes when I moved. Short boxes are much easier  |

| @flanders the one I got 2020 was bad. Needed a brace to keep it in place. Moving my factory to my garage didn't add to it. Was very glad when elective surgeries were lifted. The one from 2022, I get a twinge every now and then, but not terrible | ||

| Not a member yet! My dad was but we have the Shouldice clinic (sp) who only do hernias. Was sweet....in and out in a few days..mostly guys..even a putting green!! |
