Not sure what you are talking about. Do you mean bags to keep the slabs in?

Hotlips has been out of stock for a while and they are more expensive. You can buy the same sleeves From E Gerber for a little less. You want the 914M2. I chose bags unlimited because the sleeves were 1/4 inch taller and shipping was a little cheaper for me. **Edit** Just noticed I purchased quantity 25 914M2 that are not longer 9 x 14 1/4 for $20 from bags unlimited. You can get the same thing except quantity 50 914M2 9 x 14 1/4 from. E Gerber for $22 What was I thinking ?? ![]() |

I use them for extra protection when I store them and I like the way it looks. Unlike the old crumby plastic cgc bags

I used the Bill Cole Enterprises Mylar once. I bought them when it read they fit the old CGC and the CBCS holders. While they did fit the CGC holders very nicely, they do NOT fit any version of the CBCS holder. Be it a thin or thick, it doesn't work. Mind you, this was cat. # 237-10. The 238-10 had yet to be released. The #238-10 now should easily accommodate the old and new CGC slabs, as well as the CBCS holder. https://www.bcemylar.com/graded_comics.cfm This is how a BCE 2 Mil 237-10 fits a CGC slab. ![]() Thankfully, BCE was able to refund my money on it and told me to keep the bags. Now I just use the BCW 2 Mil Mylars for Graded Comics. They're a little large for the width of the comic, but they work nicely overall. http://www.bcwsupplies.com/cat/comic-book-storage/comic-bags/graded-comic-book-mylar-bag-2-mil This is how a BCW 2 Mil Mylar fits a CBCS graded book. There's a little room to left and right in the bag. ![]() |

This thread amuses me. I got a bunch of crap on this very forum for complaining about scratches on 90% of all of my CBCS orders on the cases...and you guys protect the cases with baggies. Baggies that I ripped off because half of them were torn or ripped directly from the CBCS boxes in the mail. Oh the bloody irony............ Pffft. |

I find the bags that CBCS slabs arrive in, to be about as mice as you can get for slabs. The bags that CGC slabs arrive in, are just cheap bags, that yellow over time. |

The CBCS bags rip/tare very easily from my experience. Thinking about it now makes me very angry. I think I will start a "THE CBCS BAGS RIP/TARE TOO EASILY" anger thread. Kidding! |

Just wanted to update my post: I received the 2 mil mylar bags today. (914M2 9 x 14 1/4) The bags fit the CBCS & CGC (old and new case) perfectly. They look really nice too. ![]() |

@dpiercy Well at first I was angry. As I felt upon opeing the box it should have been intact. Then it went to sadness. As I looked at my slabs with bags hang off of them like a use jimmy cap. Then I had a moment of joy. When I ripped the flimsy bags off my slabs to relieve the eye sore they had became. Then content. As I didnt plan on going to buy bags and didnt really care one way or the other in the end if it even had a bag. That about sums it up.. |
