Had such great experiences when PAM helped me with order issues. Now, I get generic, pat answers. CBCS damaged one of my books and Pam gave me a 10% discount code which I wasn't able to apply until recently. Of course, it is now expired, and the new "team" won't create a new discount code for me to use. Really? You want to lose a $600 order, and my future submissions to this, CBCS? Pretty pathetic.

Several months. Shouldn't matter. Pam stated that I can use it on my next order. They do 10% fairly regularly, and 25% for Xmas.
