| So a while ago I saw a spider-man 61 for sale, it included a Stan Lee signature on page 1, like they used to do in the old days. The signature was not like any I had seen, I looked up old Stan Lee sigs and found that it looked exactly like one of the examples. The comic was being sold for 100 dollars, I told my co-worker that, I could get a book with a Stan Lee signature that I would guarantee that if she sent it to be verified, it would come back as genuine. I sold it to her for 200 dollars, but I did not collect the money until I delivered the comic to her. she sent it in and it came back verified. She loves it and displays it on her mantel, I kind of wish I had kept it, but two hundred dollars was a heck of a lot of money. I was prepared to return the money had it not passed verification. It worked out for both of us. | ||
