'Palooza is the worst!!! they claim to cater to ALL genres, yet pretty much exclude comic creators at a COMIC Con.. weird, huh??? They're more worried about what actors they can secure for appearances, and continue with raising the ticket price before the guest list is near complete. I stay an hour from Houston, but stay away from 'Palooza. I'd rather drive to Dallas for a real comic con.

Too bad Amazing wouldn't come back to Houston.. or even try Dallas, Corpus, or San Antonio. Amazing had a great show!!!

Collect a Con Chicago last October was almost 100% Pokémon. There was a couple people selling comics and some selling Magic but most were selling Pokémon cards or related merchandise. If it is like the Chicago one and you are looking for comics, I would find a different show. If you are looking for Pokémon cards, then you are in the right place. I spent more to get in than I did in the show but I was just tagging along with my sons for an outing with them.
