Doc holiday is one of the best played psrt it's any movie. He is so fucking cool as the character. I don't really know a better way to describe it.

RIP Val Kilmer.

I got to meet him at East Coast Comic Con where he signed one or two books for me including a Batman sketch cover.

I posted a picture of the book below from before he signed it.

I will dig the book out and replace the image with his signature later today.

He had a recent surgery so he was not able to speak very well at the time.

I am so devasted to hear this news. I loved Val in his portrail of the Lizard King and he was also awesome in Heat. Tombstone was also a great one. So many good movies. Rest in peace Val.

Such a great actor. Top Gun, Heat, Tombstone, I even loved him in the Doors and still consider him the 2nd best actor to portray Batman on the big screen!
My condolences to his family and all who loved him. RIP.

Absolutely. It’s in the pantheon of all time great characters / performances. Never has a dying man been so cool. He should have won the Oscar.
