Hello - I have submitted comics in the past, but I'm not sure what I got back here? It's not even in the protective case? What's going on? The pricing was discounted from a December 2024 special.  |

| Based on the sticker and the $12 grading tier, looks like it was accidentally submitted for Raw Grade service “Books graded using the Raw Grade service are evaluated, graded and placed in a Mylar bag with a backing board. The grade is displayed on a sticker that is adhered to the front of the Mylar bag. The bag is also sealed with two tamper-evident stickers on the back. The stickers are not tamper-proof. We only guarantee that the book returned is the book sent in and that the grade given was the grade assigned at the time of evaluation.“ |

| That is definitely Raw Grading. Just a question now of, did you accidentally request it on your submission or did CBCS accidentally Raw Grade instead of Grade/encapsulate. |

| That invoice makes no sense. You can't have authentic and vsp unless there are two signatures, one that was on the book prior and another witnessed by cbcs and submitted to them at a show or mail in signing. Cbcs corrected the error by removing authentic and gave you an $8 credit. It seems like you clicked on a bunch of random services when submitting and had no idea what you were doing. Maybe cbcs should've contacted you to verify you actually wanted a raw grade, but that's what you selected. |

| The math is right. 76.20-3= 73.20. Don't add the $8, which was adjusted. |
