This makes no sense. My order was through Imaging and in queue to enter the grading room 1 day before your order was Received @GAC. Yet my order has not even entered the grading room yet and yours is in heat seal? Already at 38 business days since Imaging completed and zero movement.  |

| That's a good question for @Wade_Story. I do know from experience that the larger submissions typically move slower than those with just a few books. VSP, grade screening, and other add ons slow down the process. Regular submissions are also at the mercy of orders with guaranteed turn around times. |
