Just got back my submission from 10/31. I sent in 30 of my own books and two from a friend of mine. The two of his came back with the labels swapped!  I've reached out to customer service already, and I'm sure they'll make it right. Just thought it was funny that all my books were fine and his were the ones that had the issue. I'll post some photos of the rest of the submission soon. |

| These arrived this week. All of them are pretty close to what I expected except for Batman #353. I thought that would be much higher in grade, but apparently I missed a stain on the inside cover. Pretty ticked off at myself about that. It is what it is. I do love having those books signed by Sienkiewicz, I just love his work. I'm also a sucker for any Batman cover where he's on a horse, apparently. Now if only there was a cover of Batman on a horse standing on top of a gargoyle over looking Gotham....      |

| There's an amazing feeling I can't describe when you wait over 3 months for your books; they finally go into "shipping" 3+ days ago. And I just know it's going to be late friday and they'll still be in "shipping". Hellooooo Monday ..... maybe. Sometimes I feel it's done intentionally for torture & misery purposes. |

@kon_jelly - According to CBCS' policy, this should not have happened. They say that they do not slab any comics with a signature on it (I imagine, especially on the cover). I have had books with sigs returned un-verified and un-slabbed. Where was QC? |

| @flanders - That was the case, if the book did not pass verification, they would hit the brakes and return the book un-slabbed. They stated that their policy was, they would not slab a comic book that had any signatures at all if they did not pass verification and they were unwilling to slab it even if you requested, glade and slab only without verification. Which of course means that this book should have been returned unslabbed or verified, the only two options available. | ||

| @sportshort Even if they did slab it unverified, the writing on the cover, aka the unverified signature, should’ve brought the grade below a 9.8. Not aure what the fix would be here. Photographic proof that you cracked it and then a refund of the grading fees? |

| @kon_jelly they usually catch the error/omission and email if you'd like to have it verified. It's more common on missed signatures on the interior. | ||
