| Smallville’s Superman Actor Tom Welling Arrested for DUI at California Arby’s Former Superman actor Tom Welling has been arrested for driving under the influence. According to TMZ, the Smallville star was arrested in an Arby’s parking lot in Yreka, California early Monday morning. Per the police records, Welling’s blood alcohol was reported at or above 0.08 percent. Additional details were not provided. It was also noted that prior to Welling’s arrest just after midnight on Monday, the actor had taken to social media to wish his wife, Jessica Rose Lee, a happy birthday earlier on Sunday.
