| And they shouldn’t forget that PSA is on the horizon too. For the last couple of years, there seems to be a growing disconnect between CGC’s management and their faithful customers from the collecting community (besides ignoring issues with their slabs, they have banned numerous longtime contributors to their forum recently). When I got back into comics around ten years ago, I went up to both the CGC and CBCS booths at a convention. I was treated with respect and openness by the guys at the CBCS booth. I was basically ignored and given the brushoff by the CGC people. It seems like not much has changed in ten years. | ||

| cgc is flexing their "top of the market muscles" but it feels as if the higher ups are determined to drive the company into the ground. Bleed the company and clients dry and once there's nothing left to squeeze out, divest and look for then victim. | ||

| I was curious to what CBCS had done in the past... They had Price increases in April 2022 but also had a membership revamp. I didn't realize they had any sort of membership.. Is that still the case as when I last did a submission for signature authentication on a bunch of books a while back I don't recall that option | ||

| Yea but CGCs label is superior. Why wouldn't I drain my wallet even more for inaccuracy, scratches, mechanical errors, scams, bends, acetate, busted cases? As long as the label is cool, I'm with them.  |

| CBCS can only move forward until collectors are willing start paying the same amount for a graded CBCS book equal to CGC's FMV instead of 15-20% less... That's the only way it becomes an equal playing field | ||
