| It's going to be a while right now, I expect. I have orders in a similar state. With staff off for the holidays and an influx of mail from the promos that just ended, there will be a backup. Now, in my experience in normal times, entry into the system only takes a day or two. These are not normal times. |

| It took two weeks for my first Banana promo books to show up as received. I mailed them in on the last possible day, so I was at the tailend of the promotion with a buttload of orders ahead of me. Throw the holidays in there with the VSP promo and it might be a while. |

| If for some reason you don't get an email, you can always check your credit card. If you're billed that means it was received. | Per the FAQ thread stickied at the top. When are my comics received? If you submit at a convention, your books will be officially received the Wednesday after the con (barring holidays). If you submit by mail, your received date will be the the next business day after they are delivered by your shipper. In most instances. it can take 2-3 weeks before your books get entered into the computer. This does NOT effect your received date. For large cons or during the con season, it may take longer. |

| Well, there is no guarantee on TATs as it is based on volume. All I can tell you is my last few submissions took about three months from received to shipped. You do not lose the time the books are at CBCS waiting to be officially received. But, what do I know? I've only been submitting books since 2012. |

| As has been pointed out, the TAT on the website spans the time from check in to the system until shipping out. It sucks waiting for your books to be checked in even though you know they have been delivered, but that's how it is. At least CBCS honors discount codes based on receiving, not check in (the other guys apparently don't). And I have never had an order take the entire estimated TAT. Usually it's just a few days quicker than promised, but I have had books finish weeks early. |

| So tracking shows that they received my submission on 12/23. I have not heard anything from CBCS, but using the their tracker tool, it shows that they are at invoicing stage, the order has been received but is still in preparation for the grading process | ||
