| @DrWatson I doubt it's a lengthy process. It's probably one guy that also fills in at other positions when needed, except for customer service of course. He's also the coffee maker, donut bringer, and floor mopper. |

| Yeah, how hard could it be? Everybody always thinks there's nothing to doing someone else's job. Just like the pressing department. Once a run of books goes into the presses, all they do is drink coffee, watch reruns of the Golden Girls, and talk about where they got their hair cut. |
