| Hey everyone, I submitted my order for a signature verification (one comic magazine ) on Dec. 15th at 4:52 ET before the expiration of the Free signature verification Promo had expired. But, there was no option to enter the "Holiday24" promo code. So, I immediately sent a message to CBCS informing them of the error, hoping to get the discount. It's been a few days, and no response yet. Are there any Moderators on here that may be able to help me out? Thanks in advance! |

| Giving a heads up to get your packages sent out asap if you submitted on 12-15 and still haven't dropped them off. Fortunately, it's not anything going to CBCS, but a package I sent via Fedex ground on Friday hasn't moved from it's original location. It was supposed to be delivered to North Carolina by Wednesday. Hopefully the ebay buyer didn't need this for Xmas or I may have a negative feedback and maybe even a dreaded return incoming. | ||
