@Kinsella5 check the order and click on the "invoice" that will tell you what the status is.
Most likely it's in line for pressing.
If no pressing was added, it should be in line for grading.

When I click the blue "Order #" hyperlink it takes me to the invoice page, I see "Processing" under the order number on the top left and then on the right a breakdown of charges and right above the total it shows "Received". No pressing on these, just have to all go through the VSP and they may still be backlogged from all the submissions from people. :-)

Received is the resting status between other status updates. For example, if books are finished in pressing, the staus will rest to received before moving to grading. Once grading is competed, they can move back to received before moving to completed or shipping.

Interesting to know, however, if they had moved to grading, etc. wouldn't an email be generated every time they change status? I received the email about them being received and another that they charged me, but beyond that, no other emails alerting me about imaging, grading, etc. That is why I have to assume they still have not yet moved on from receiving. Since I tend to check every few days on the website have not seen anything change from Receiving, I just assumed that due to a backlog of books they haven't gotten to mine which I can understand as I suspect a lot of people took advantage of that holiday promo.

You will get some emails. But not every time the book moves.
The best one are at the end.
Order Complete.
Order Shipping.
Order Shipped. (Now you can see your grades).
Yeehaw..

Hell, half the time I don't even get an "Order Shipped" email. Just a notification from FedEx that a package is coming and new grades on my dashboard.

I love CBCS' product, and like everyone I have met and interacted with at the company, but their customer service is a joke. Still a better company than CGC.

I can't imagine why no one wants to work customer service at CBCS. I wouldn't work there based on the nonsense I see here, much less what must go on behind the scenes.

I can’t complain at all. They email me back. Once in less than a hour, once a couple days later, and another time about a week later. (the person wasn’t even at work while having personal things going on yet they got back to me) The guy on Facebook Cody lockwood got back to me twice. Also multiple emails were exchanged when I had a credit issued to an expired card. People just don’t have the same manners or patience nowadays is my thought. I think CBCS does an excellent job.
