@DrWatson glad I just sent in a book for vsp....at least I'm higher up in the queue and will miss rush hour.

I did think of you when I saw that. But you wouldn't have received the 25% off grading. I'm not sure where you would have saved more.

If I send in a book that has been signed and has a sketch on it as well, what would the label say? |
||
Post 5 IP flag post |

It will say Verified Signature with sketch, I believe. I have one that says Witnessed Signature with sketch. |

I just thought of something else. My submission is signed on the front cover and signed and sketched on the interior by the same artist. Do I have to pay twice?

It would be nice if the date for it to arrive at HQ is longer though, since if I ship them from overseas it won't arrive by the deadline.

yikes!!! I have a box somewhere with mostly singed books - main problem is are any of them worth grading!!!! I mean...a bunch of DF books before I went to conventions then of course convention books - but some are just signed by creators I love and the books are dollar bin books....choices choices!!! For some of the DF books maybe a grade with no press and free VSP would still result in 9+ so send to MCS to auction off??? |

@KatKomics I know, right? You have my sympathies. I have friends in Canada and I can't mail them a Christmas card. I check on this situation daily. I think once the strike is over, there will be customers that have found alternatives and will never go back to Canada Post. |

Priority 3 day. Everything went from expected on December 2, 2024 to expected delivery date Unknown and just sat there. Basically all parcels have had an extra 7 to 9 days added to the delivery date. The one exception is the book I mailed @HeinzDad. I sent it UPS Saver where UPS delivered it to the local post office for home delivery. That took three days. |

Can anyone advise if this discount will apply to multiple signatures on a single comic? I have several that I want to submit that have around 7 different signatures

@Zanziber The limit is 5 sigs per book I believe |

That's crazy. USPS must be slammed and short staffed. I will be using Fed-Ex again. Costs more, but the books get delivered. |

Might be the right time to send this one in. Without the promo, it would be $22 for grading, but $65 to verify the 3 sigs. |

These might be going in along with my swampy signed by Bernie, a bill morrison signed Itchy & Scratchy from @Heinzdad and anything else I can think of that has a signature that I don't want to spend money having pressed. That $ adds up fast. |
