Favorite Titles From Defunct Publishers?2127

In looking at some online galleries and after watching some comic book videos online recently, my mind somehow got on the subject of old comic book titles that I read that I enjoy from publishers no longer in existance. Most of them are dollar bin books and some are true gems. COMICO Grendel's first apperance comes to mind But what I remember most about them are reading them in my younger days, enjoying them at a time when I hadn't yet learned of different publishers and all those specificities. A lot of artists and writers celebrated today came from these independent companies no longer in existance. The image studios, for example pushed out a lot of talent still in the biz. So I want to ask you, what comic books did you (or do you know) enjoy that are from no longer existing publishers? Post up a pic and a story if you have one! I remember Green Hornet from NOW Comics and books like Ultraforce from Malibu Comics I remember getting a lot of FIRST comics like Jon Sable, Nexus and The Badger in grab bags around Christmas time on more than one occasion. (First relaunced and joined with Devil's Due Publishing a couple years ago) Primer 2, Grendel's first appearance from COMICO |

I had no way of knowing that 9.8 graded copies signed by Adam Hughes weren't what you were looking for. | drchaos private msg quote post Address this user | |
