| I went to go and pick up my pull list items this morning from my LCS here in Las Vegas and they were having a 2nd anniversary celebration with give-a-ways. Although I didn't need any more books, I do like to support them so I bought one of their Deadpool/Wolverine mystery boxes for $75. Here are the contents...   Also inside was one of the grand prize tickets! I won a 9.0 NYX #3 valued at around $450   |

| My non newsstand pickups from NYCC Metal Men 1  Picked this up from Nick Drogotta’s booth. Love his art and they had me at crime noir.  Knights vs Samurai 1 - signed by David Dastmalchian, Toddfather, and artist Fede Mele. David was a super humble guy and is a fan as much as any of us. He definitely gave off that vibe as he chatted up the line before the signing.   Marvel Fanfare Giveaway. Daredevil reprint of Muse with a Disney+ Born Again Cover  Bad Idea Panel Giveaway: The Lot reprint with NYCC cover. The Lot has been optioned so this reprint with new cover was to celebrate that achievement.  |

| Just got my AH power girl cover in signed by Amanda and Jimmy at the Baltimore comic con. Not only did I have a good time talking to Amanda and Jimmy the guys from CBCS were a riot to talk too. I know it may not be a great high grade but the book has sentimental value to it which is why I wanted it singed by them and graded for my display. Also love where Amanda signed blue on the cape, I didnt ask for that and she did it anyway, has a sick look to it.  |

 @Vince. Amanda & Jimmy are probably my 2 favorites at any Con. They're so chatty and fun. Love those guys. I do like where Amanda signed yours. Here's mine. Missed the Geoff Johns opp to get him to sign the book, so still have to wait on that. Great book to have on the wall. Well done. |

@VinceVellCustoms @NDS  I'm sure I have shared this before, but: Brought my Harley Quinn hardcover for Amanda and Jimmy to sign. Jimmy decided to draw Harley, unprompted. When Stephane Roux saw it, he decided she needed something to look at. So he added PG's torso. All 3 are easily in my top 5 creators to visit with at a show. |

 Ok, just picked this up. I had never seen this cover before and just loved it (I had seen #49, but not this cover). I feel Steve Lightle is under appreciated. Anyway, when I was inputting it into my spreadsheet, I was trying to determine if it was a Direct Edition or not. I typically just go to Mile High's website, because they break out the different editions to make the determination. So I must have been living under a rock for awhile or something because they have this book listed at $324.00 for a NM raw copy. WTF? Now granted with their year long 60% off, that's still a $130.00 ask. So digging into it more, this book has a higher value via ebay and gocollect data. Anyone know why it has a high value/demand? The CBCS slabs say "first appearance of Rick Flag" and I know this is the first post Killing Joke tie in, but still. Is this the first cover appearance of Oracle or something? If anyone knows, I'd appreciate being let in on the secret. Just love the cover. |
