Hi everyone, new to the forum and to CBCS and submissions for comic grading. I send in 2 books that was delivered Monday. I do not see any emails or indications that they have been received by CBCS (have confirmation from shipping company). I read that the orders detail page should change the status to "Processing" from "Submitted," but that has not been the case. The tracker also stated that it is still in invoicing status. I know grading takes time, just looking to see if this is standard practice for the "standard" pricing tier. Thanks in advance for any insight and glad to be part of the community! |

Welcome to the forum, @JCDiaz. It does sometimes take a few days after delivery for CBCS to get the books entered into their system and for the "Received" message to be sent. I've had that happen myself with past submissions. |

Thank you both for the response and the welcomes! Does the "clock start" once they enter the system or is it from when it is received? I have one for regular grading/encapsulation and one for grading/encapsulation/ASP. I know the books will wait until the lengthier ASP process is completed. I shall be patient... or I intend to try! |

I was told that last week when one of my orders had not been processed for a week after delivery that "our invoicing team has been short staffed and orders are getting in the system a bit slower than normal." | ||

I've been told that receiving is backed up from the last special. I'd imagine they're going to get backed up even more with the new 20% BANANA special as well. |
