Thanks guys.

My sister is supposed to be bringing a coconut cake. So I didn't make one for myself.

I did bake a pumpkin cheese cake and a Louisiana cane syrup pecan pie today for tomorrow. I have to do sweet potatoes as well, but I'll do those tomorrow morning. I'm pooped.

Captain Atom #83 - first Ted Cord Blue Beetle - had to re-read his story before it got sealed away - might be 7?

How did I do.....books and pics to follow - should be eta Monday?

Weird Fantasy #18 CDN Variant - got a 4.0 -amazing!! - I must have dinged it harsher as I had it at 3 plus or minus!
Aces High #1 - lol...big miss on this - 6.0 - some tanning that must have hit it harder than I thought - or maybe I wasn't wearing my glasses when I looked it over!!!!
Captain Atom #83 - 6.5 - again some tanning/stains but aspiration of 7 so 6.5 is pretty good!!

Monday can't come soon enough!!!

Banana signature book went to grading yesterday. Also found out that CBCS is no longer honoring witnessed yellow label books by the cgc.

My $8 fee went to $24.

So, if you have any yellow label books witnessed by the cgc that you want in CBCS holders, I would recommend that you send them in under the current special and get the sigs verified for free.

I thought they were honoring them if they were before a certain date??
Didn't this all arise when CGC changed their program? seem to remember something odd with sealed bags and such that the customer basically self witnessed???

I was told that the above has been the case for about a year.

Not really complaining. More miffed than anything. Combine that with no grade screening and I'm a little anxious as to what I might get back.

I paid more in general, but I still saved 20% on the fee. Once I apply female shopping logic to it, I'm perfectly fine, lol.
