I had got the triple cover Spider-Man Unlimited #1 from CBCS. It is graded a 9.6 with the third inner cover inside, the second cover a 9.4 and front cover a 9.0 My question is about how I can find guide points to figure out prices? In my OSPG, it list a 9.2 at $5.00 for a single-cover regular copy. What about for double cover, triple cover and such copies? I understand that it is a niche market for certain collectors who like to collect multiple cover comics. But it is difficult to establish prices on that type. Anyone knowledgeable help me please? Thanks |

I have yet to find a double cover in my collection but I would also like to know what additional value an extra cover might give a book. | ||

Put it up for auction and let's find out. My guess is not much over a regular edition. Now, if the outside cover was a 9.4 or better, it would probably bring three or four times a regular editions price. Depends on the book. Not many care about a Spiderman Unlimited. If it was an older book, probably much more. Especially if it was a Batman 227 or Avengers 57. But I'm just guessing. |

well...you could end up with a double cover and a 9.4 outside ![]() It looks like the book probably isn't worth more than 10-15.00 , but a guy like me who would want one , isn't going to mind paying 20-30.00 to get one if nothing else is around... point being: you leave it out there long enough and some guy is gonna come along and pay 5x regular just to have one (whether he knows its too much or not) as long as it's a 20-30.00 dollar purchase we're talking about and not 2-300.00) |

Hmm... I guess it wouldn't hurt to put it in auction with my other few slabs to sell. It might or not might sell for a good coin. This is my friend's book and he want me to try sell it. I have a few 1960s DC books with double covers in my collection. One is a Batman, another is a Superman and last is Binky (teen humour). I think personally they are cool to have double covers. Thanks for the comments. |
