| @flanders @HeinzDad What is Invesco Field called now? The first and only game that I saw the Broncos and Saints play in person was in August of 2001. It was a comedy of errors that turned out all right. I bought my ticket from Ticketmaster when they were still brick and mortar inside the service department of Hecht’s. I found my seat at the 50-yard line and sat down. I was enjoying my beverage and then these guys came in and said that I had their seats and called the usher. It turns out that had tickets for the following week’s game vs. SF. Whew, dodged the bullet! The stadium started filling up and some more people started asking for their seats back, then I realized I was in the wrong row, but since the stadium was still under construction, my whole row was missing. Aaaa! I bought scalped tickets!! Ticketmaster is legit, right? Except for their service fees! I couldn’t resist  I talked to the usher and said my seats don’t exist. I got ripped off! He tripled checked the tickets and said that I was right, so he noticed that the front row seats were empty and sat me there. That is also the first and only time that I had front row seats at the 50-yard line…for about $30. It turned out to be a great day! |

Aaaaa! The pros take too long to post their picks!! I can’t stand it so here is mine. Bengals offensive line gets a boost. Bills is at the point where winning the division is not good enough. SF is looking good, but might run into salary cap issues if this season doesn’t pan out (like a lot of teams). I am surprised that the Eagles are not getting more hype with their splashes in receiving corps. To help out the new pick members, I recommend posting your favorite(s) and least-liked teams with your picks. This is more for entertainment, so keep comments fun and good-spirited. Favorites: WAS, SF Least-Liked: Indy (they stole my Colts in the cold night of March 29, 1984; not bitter at all  ) |

| Some really tough games to pick already. I say Baltimore makes a statement in the opener, I’m taking the Vikings this week in honor of Jesse O and my upset pick of the week is Carolina over the Saints. As far as games I am looking forward to watching, it’s all about Sunday night and Monday night. I’m expecting Lions/ Rams to be one hell of a game, and one that could honestly go either way. How the Jets play on Monday night is going to tell a lot about how this year will go for them. They could be competing for a championship or for the first overall pick in the draft. It will definitely be interesting. Happy football season to everyone!!!    |

| AFC Div winners -Buffallo, Colts, Ravens, Chefs. Houston, Cincy and Browns could be the wildcards. I got the Ravens representing the AFC in the Superbowl. NFC, I dont know about the Eagles but they're top of the NFC Least food chain until. Falcons is a good bet, I look for Penix to get a ton of reps, Packers, 9ers. Detroit, Chicago and Bucs for wildcard. F it, Detroit reps the NFC in the Superbowl. |

Who is excited about today’s kickoff? I went shopping last night to get ready.
