I feel like I’ve shown so many pork shoulders but if it takes me 18 hours in the smoker I reserve that right. Not to mention smoker prep, cleanup, meat rest, and plucking. My fantasy draft draft will crush the whole thing I bet.   I tried out my truly wireless thermometer for the first time as well. I have mixed feelings about it but thats a whole other story. |
