@DrWatson - Sausage patties, the omelette (it was cut in half) included the last tomato from my garden, cheese, and some garlic salt.

I'm sure Ed's sausage was tasty, regardless of size. No disparagment was intended.

2 eggs, spinach, green peppers, cheddar cheese and 2 slices of bacon. I went with siracha instead of catsup this time.

My first homemade crumb coffee cake coming right up.

It looks like ground beef in the photo.

Edit: It's no Entemann's, but it tastes great.

We did Thanksgiving at my house for the first time and we inherited the task. Best Thanksgiving food ever. I say that because it’s not my favorite culinary event or anything.

We used the test kitchen high temp crust skin roast. I added some blackened seasoning to the skin which looks burned AF but is really good. I spatchcocked it as well which also helps it cook faster.

The stuffing doesn’t go in this guy but lines a roaster pan. The bird is on a rack and all the grease drips into the stuffing. It also keeps the house from starting on fire since it’s cooked at 450.

Twice baked potatoes because mashed are just lame.

We also had carrots and beans from the garden. Here’s my plate but it’s a mess. I couldn’t believe I killed the whole thing.
