Went blueberry picking with my wife on Friday, and we ended up with over eight pounds of berries! So she made some muffins yesterday. They taste great this morning.

Slow roasting a brisket....started at 12:30pm EST....will be finished in 7 hours at 7:30pm.

Those look really good.


They were very tasty....so much so that I don't think I can have waffles any other way....would never have thought to put pecans in a waffle and it's a delicious combination. Thanks for posting the idea!

We can put pecans in anything. I have a really good recipe for pecan crusted chicken.

This was my first time making brisket and it was fantastic.....it was delicious and all that tried it agreed.

Here is the video I followed for this incase anyone is interested.

I used a regular Costco rub.
