I'm looking for short boxes for CBCS slabs20958

Hi All,
I'm looking for short boxes for CBCS slabs. I did find some on AMAZON but they said for CGC slabs. I know the size are about the same but I'm looking for CBCS slabbed comic books and slabbed CBCS magazines ones. Can you point me in a better direction than AMAZON.

This is what I use.

Corrugated plastic vs cardboard. Only drawback, they do not sell graded magazine size boxes. I can't find a single place that does for Corrugated plastic. Bags unlimited says they do, but when I sent them an email asking for confirmation they do not.

I like the black ones. It doesn't say in their description how many slabs per box or if they're stackable. How many fit per box and are they stackable?

I've purchased from them before, very good experience.

I did get a kick out of this line from the link: "They come in three colors: white and black."

A Google search says that cardboard versions are available at BCW: https://www.bcwsupplies.com/graded-comic-book-box

These also state CGC, but they all look the same in a closed box. Just to be safe, you would want to check the measurements.

Hahahaha!!

A former co-worker was labeling key tags. Under color he put "Light Black". So I asked him "Isn't "light black" gray?" He cussed me out.

I've bought bags and boards from them before. I like them. I use the company "CLEAR BAGS" for slabs now.

I'd say about 20 cgc slabs or so. I know the cbcs cases are a bit thinner, but I don't have that many to check.
I have two stacked on top of each other and it's been that way for a few years without an issue. I'd say you could prolly go aa high as 3 but stability or accidentally knocking into them would be my concern.

I mostly use the BCW bins. My collection is relatively small and I’m in a high humidity and water prone area. They are pricey, but I like how these are stacking with notches to prevent sliding and give me long term assurance of not collapsing. They say stackable to 6 high. They do offer a magazine box for bagged and boarded zines and a Graded bin.

The short boxes are great. I’ve heard mixed opinions on the long boxes; mostly concerns of rigidity with the long boxes and they more cumbersome than standard long boxes.

I agree. I switched all my slabs over to these and haven’t looked back.

Does the Corrugated hold us as well as cardboard to box stacking? (never used them before)

It looks like a decent price for 10 boxes, but just wondering about durability.

@Paulbg2000 @Bronte previously made me aware of these plastic corrugated boxes which I purchased. I'm sure he will give you his opinion as well, but in my opinion they are far better than their cardboard counterpart. They stack just as well if not better. They are more durable in my opinion....plus you can get them in black (which I liked). I preferred these to the cardboard boxes for sure.

Thanks! I was on the fence about the 10 pack, but it's a good price with free shipping. I think I'll go ahead and order them. Appreciate the feedback.

We've had a drought of graded boxes locally, to make up for it, I've been stealing old magazine boxes from Captcan (LOL) when I go in, but they're pretty rough.
