Help with cover prep for signature2065

| Hi All, Is anyone aware of any cover prep that should be done before having a cover signed with silver / gold sharpie? Should it be wiped down or cleaned with anything other than a 100% cotton cloth? |

| I have never done anything diferently with colored sharpies. Just make sure you give it ample time to dry or else it will smear. | ||

| I've never done anything to the book itself but I do prep the bags. I always get the book pressed after having it signed as well. | ||
