| I got an email on 12/03/24 that said my order was in the grading room. I have heard nothing since and the order’s current status is Billing in red letters. I take it since Stan Lee signatures were rejected. I’m due an $88.00 refund. Now my credit card was charged in September and expired end of November. I sent in the last signature sale and changed to a new credit card. I sent an email to customer service pointing out the old Credit card date expired and offered to help any way I can. I have heard nothing back. Is there anything more I can try?  |

| @Nearmint67 The bill was paid in September. My old CC expired and I am wondering if they can't refund the money on the new card. My signatures were rejected, so they owe me $88.00 and my one Signature approved & 2 rejected comics. I am asking if anyone has experienced a similar problem and how to handle it. |

| @GAC No you are correct, but then there is no cost for grading and encapsulation as the Stan Lee or any other signature was rejected. I had already been charged for 3 grading and 3 encapsulation. Now I only need 1. Which is why I am wondering if that is the problem of a credit back with the expired card and my new card on file. | ||
