| I got an email on 12/03/24 that said my order was in the grading room. I have heard nothing since and the order’s current status is Billing in red letters. I take it since Stan Lee signatures were rejected. I’m due an $88.00 refund. Now my credit card was charged in September and expired end of November. I sent in the last signature sale and changed to a new credit card. I sent an email to customer service pointing out the old Credit card date expired and offered to help any way I can. I have heard nothing back. Is there anything more I can try?  |
