I'm binge watching series 1 of Z Nation today. I've never seen this series. On ep 2 at the moment.

His was a great film - especially considering what we got after (not a fan of Snyder vision)
Brandon just happened to be the first after Christopher Reeve...bad luck...like George Lazenby

I liked Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane.
Amy Adams is not my Jam

@Pre_Coder I enjoyed Z Nation. Kind of a different take on Zombies.
Not a lot of seasons as Walking Dead, but pretty dumb by the end.

Just saw the new Superman movie with my son. I was pleasantly surprised and found it to be pretty good overall. Not GOTG level, but better than most movies I’ve seen lately.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds showed up on Prime. After watching season one I paid $9 for season two. I’m glad I did, season two was even better. Some of the best TV entertainment I’ve seen in a while. Wife started watching with me and now she’s all excited about season three.
The series is precursor to the original Star Trek. It starts with Captain Pike (predecessor to Kirk) traumatized and sidelined by learning the date and details of his future death. Soon that information morphs into having a somewhat liberating and emboldening effect on him.
Through the series we see the crew of the Enterprise coming together before Kirk joins the ship as Captain.
In one particularly entertaining episode they enter a “musical reality” where extreme emotions cause folks to break into song and dance. The Klingons are intent on destroying the source as breaking into spontaneous song and dance is really messing with their sense of honor. You don’t have to like musicals to enjoy this one.

I enjoyed the movie overall, but this was my favorite part. Mr. Terrific in general was done really well.

Just saw Fantastic Four First Steps. I was actually impressed with the retro-sixties look and the Kirby-accurate Galactus. Herbie the Robot was not a comedic, scene-stealing pet (like Krypto), but just part of the team. There were some things that I thought could have been better, but overall a very good experience.
