| Does CBCS use the same blue colored labels for "Universal" and "Qualified" books? Example: a book has part of a page missing. What does the new CBCS label look like? Thanks |

| CBCS doesn't have such a thing as a Qualified grade. Qualified grades are imaginary grades- "Imagine this book didn't have such and such defect... it would be this grade." Well, it DOES have that defect, so.... | ||
