| Does CBCS shipping still include signature required for delivery when insurance is declined? It's important that this is added to my shipments in case anything happens due to my collector's policy terms that will only cover a limited amount if a signature isn't required for delivery. If not, please let me know how I can pay an additional charge and have it added to my orders. Thank you. |

| I just got a large order back yesterday and I have two pieces of feedback: First, I am VERY pleased with how thorough CBCS is with not only grading, but also going through new magazine titles that they have not graded before and finding important label notes to add and getting the creator credits accurate. (CGC is far inferior in this area and constantly makes mistakes.) I know this must be a time consuming task and I wanted to say it's appreciated. But one area for improvement is CBCS's imaging. I don't feel like the image quality of CBCS's slab scans is acceptable. For something that costs $5 (where CGC gives it for free), the images need to be higher resolution. As they are, it's so low that the label notes are unreadable and the details of the book can't be seen well. I hope this can be improved. Thanks for listening! |

| I have a suggestion that I hope CBCS will consider. Can you ban both the posting of any photos in collection threads as well as sales threads of any CGC slabs numbered 43 and above including slabs with a grade date after January 2023? I think CGC from at the very least 2023 on, maybe even earlier, has shown that they have no respect for the hobby and there isn't any discernible difference from an ethics standpoint, between CGC and PGX. |
