| I have a hypothetical question here. If I were to send in a sketch cover that I sketched, with the appropriate paperwork to get the yellow label. But at the same time submitted it for red label VSP because it is signed by a celebrity. Will it come back with a red or yellow label? My gut tells me that the red will take precedence, but thought that I'd throw the question out there. |
