| Just got this in today. Not an expensive book but one I've been looking for years in high grade. Is there anything else this can be but Color Touch before I return this to the seller? I just am looking for some forum confirmation as well.   |

| So I email the seller in my absolute nicest email I can send to someone. I didn't even state I am sending book back due to color touch. Just that the book is very nice but looks like a sharpie was used. I get back "as I stated in the listing I am not a professional grader" Ooooooooooook. So now I'm not going to be nice anymore. Never said him or I was a professional grader. But I have 2 eyes and I hope he does too because that's going to be in the next response in a not so nice way. Jackass |

| @Nuffsaid111 do you have a original screenshot of the listing? If he isn't a professional grader or amateur grader is this the first time he has ever sold a comic book? I always think it's funny they say I'm not a professional grader! Then I say how about you not be a professional pricer and sell me that Hulk 181 for a $1?  Probably why I buy raw online from a reputable online company or I buy in person or I buy online already graded by a reputable third party grading company. |

| @southerncross yea... not really visible in the pictures. It's rare this happens and rare when I return, but ebay almost always sides with buyer even if not a legit reason. This is legit. It was the attitude that bothered me and what he said. Someone famous once said you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows. I.e. the marker is pretty obvious with book in hand. I didn't expect feedback stating otherwise but I did my due diligence by asking in here to confirm |

| I always ask ebay sellers if the book was (is) restored. Not if they “think” or “know” but rather if it is. If they cover their butts and say “I don’t know” I dig deeper. If they say it isn’t, I ask for just a bit more detail. I think you have a good case here as they called it “NM” in the listing description. Their caveat of not being a pro grader only goes (imho) to what is visibly distinguishable in the listing. A hidden defect, when they explicitly call it “NM” and a “Beauty” — I think they owe you a refund. |
