| what are you talking about...the fact all their facsmiles dont have barcodes? (which I thought all do). though is $99 each for raw facsmile a bit steep? I have a Facmsile Ultimate Fallout #4 (do plan on getting graded. only way I can have that issue for time being) but I know its not worth nearly $100 as is | ||

| I would consider them counterfeit if there’s no effort made to differentiate them from the real thing. I’m guessing the Silver and Gold aren’t the right size, but these could be used to really burn a new collector even if the original seller is describing them as facsimiles. |

| Having these in the marketplace is definitely a bad thing. That's why we have copyright laws to protect consumers from being confused by knockoffs. Besides, you can't just start up your own publishing company photocopying other people's work or property. |

| i dont know whats worst. making and selling your own copies or classifying them as facsmile. facsmile are still highly collectable if you need a certain issue but cant afford the original. someone might not notice the talltell signs these are fake copies. I mean before i knew whole story...could tell something was up. facsmile yet...no barcodes | ||
