Used all the French bread and had some leftover French Toast batter. So I frenchified a few remaining flour tortillas. Wasn’t bad, tasted like a lazy crepe. Would make a decent dessert base for ice cream or whipped cream.  |

The cover of the burn pit has a concave shape, giving me just enough room to put this smoker box on top of it and under the drip tray. It’s almost as if it was designed that way on purpose. |

| It is. Simple as well. Eggs, milk, sausage, cheese, bread, and onion. Salt and a couple of spices and you're good to go. Recipe says to refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. I never do and it turns out great. | ||
