Used all the French bread and had some leftover French Toast batter. So I frenchified a few remaining flour tortillas. Wasn’t bad, tasted like a lazy crepe. Would make a decent dessert base for ice cream or whipped cream.  |

| It is. Simple as well. Eggs, milk, sausage, cheese, bread, and onion. Salt and a couple of spices and you're good to go. Recipe says to refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. I never do and it turns out great. | ||
