| I could be preaching to the choir with this post but it's just a PSA. I only call it that because I suggested a seal vac to a guy that gives me tips on what to do with my smoker. I just figured he had one because smoking a pork shoulder or ribs can always be froze especially if it's only 3 people like it is here. This one is my third one over 25 years but the first two I had were the cheapest model.  Here are two things on top in the freezer. The first is the other half of the tamales. The ones with 2 ties have ground beef, the one with 1 are pulled pork I had in the freezer. The other is a half batch of grilled hot wings. They are cheap as heck if you can find something to do with all of them.   |
