I'm a big fan of Tajin but I swear it spikes my blood pressure. Never actually tested it but it just gives me that hyper-tension feeling.

@EbayMafia

Apparently they sell a low sodium version.

@Bronte 190mg is really not all that significant an amount of sodium. And it doesn't have any MSG either. Must be something else.

I dunno. From what I read the low salt version has

Ingredients
chili peppers, sea salt, citric acid, dehydrated lime juice, potassium chloride, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking)

I can't imagine anything causing you to physically that way cept the salt.

Msg is kind of a weird topic. Some folks say they are allergic to it, but when they eat it without knowing, apparently there is no detriment.

Edit
1/4 teaspoon is serving size

@HAmistoso I wasn't sure if it was that or zucchini and the one of the left looked like a mushroom or an oddly shapped peeled potato at first but now I'm fairly postive that's garlic bread.

Technically, for those technically minded, it might be more of a buckle than a cobbler, but it still eats the same.

The leftovers headed to the fridge. Pork Tenderloin pieces marinated in Pesto Garlic spread, seared and baked. Instapot white rice and Stovetop stuffing from a box:

I'm planning to do the stovetop stuffing more often. Takes 5 minutes and makes a great side dish.

@EbayMafia love stovetop stuffing! They used to put a stovetop meatloaf recipe on the back of the boxes.
