Used a cast iron skillet for the chicken. Got a little sloppy taking it out of the oven an now have a nice burn on my index finger. |

| nothing special -first 'real' foods made while we have no kitchen (renos!) I mean 'real' other than like cereal, sandwiches and toaster oven fair (frozen pizza etc!) Made a batch of potato leek soup for myself (for the next few days) and taco's for the family to enjoy (even though it isn't Tuesday!) Not much of 'real' cooking for the tacos but brown some meat - add some spice, chop some lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese. |
