| @Rbolton Wisconsin brick cheese is not available in my area of the USA, We use Munster cheese and mozzarella. I have no idea if that is a perfect substitute but it makes for a tasty pizza. |

| Who filleted that fish? Looks a bit dry. I wasn't a fan of salmon, then again you don't get salmon in Australia. But in the northwest I enjoyed salmon, only if it's fresh and cooked right. |
