| A test.... If..if I make this again I would season my batter more (just.oven cooked..no fryer) and go with much smaller pieces as those were the crispiest and tastiest... I would also make like half!! Buffalo Cauliflower!! These are not in any way a wing substitute...but they were tasty  |

These are only $1.75 per bottle at my local grocery store. The green label, Serrano, is really good, it's been complimented by everyone who has been interested enough to try it. Fairly significant vinegar taste to it, has a lot in common with Green Tabasco if you've ever tried that. Just tried the Orange Label (Habanero) for the first time tonight, and it's just too hot for me to enjoy: |

@RexMuff, I'm giving it a go tomorrow. I've got 40 Jalapeno's, Hungarian Hots, Anaheim, and Trinidad Scorpions. What would you think about it if I tried canning a couple jars? It would need to be boiled to accomplish this of course. I wonder if you think that would effect the product????? |
