Svengoolie Original Comic Book “Svengoolie: Lost in Time” Now Available in Specialty Comic Book Stores MeTV, America’s #1 classical TV network, in partnership with comic book publisher Frank Miller Presents, is pleased to celebrate beloved horror host Svengoolie in his all-new original comic book “Svengoolie: Lost in Time” now on sale in specialty comic books stores nationwide. In support of this new feature length comic, Svengoolie will be appearing at Chicago area comic book signings on Friday, July 14 at Graham Crackers Comics in the Chicago Loop 11am to Noon central and then at Aw Yeah Comics in Skokie from 2 to 3pm central. FRIDAY, JULY 14 CHICAGO AREA In honor of the release of the new Svengoolie comic book on July 12th, on Friday the 14th, we will be making brief appearances at these two comics shops: FIRST- 11 am to noon ONLY - Graham Crackers Comics in the Chicago Loop– where a limited number of issues of the comic with a special Jill Thompson cover will be available. Written by Rich (Svengoolie) Koz, Jim Roche, and Chris Faulkner (the show's creative team), the story features the untold origins of Svengoolie's crazy cast of characters as an evil Svenbot tries to erase them all from existence. You can expect bad puns and silly jokes on every page, as Sven must go back in time to save Kerwyn, Tombstone, and Boddy Sorrell from a fate worse than old jokes.
