| @multi007 if I have any winning bids on one auction I always wait the 2 weeks to see if I win any more for combined shipping. But 30 days is ridiculous. Better than never though. I've had spurts where people wouldn't pay for items they either bid on or made successful offers on. | ||

| Humanity...again.... Accident in the opposite direction with a massive grass boulevard between the lanes....nope....everyone in our lanes has to gawk aaannndddd....you find out who doesn't have snow tires or know about low gear as this was a fairly steep up hill section |

| My doctor's office called and asked if I could arrive 45 minutes early only to have me wait 45 minutes for my appointment.... Anyway, I'm getting my steroid epidural in my spine again. If you remember last year, I turned into the Not so Incredible Hulk and started lashing out at everyone, so watch out! It's the only injection that works so unfortunately I just have to deal with the side effects. I'll try to take it easy on @GAC and @OGJackster |

| @KatKomics - B12 is being prescribed by everyone nowadays. Supposedly your body stops producing it when you reach a certain age. I’ve been taking the 1,000 mcg B-12 lozenge (dissolve under tongue) for a year or two. It’s supposed to support brain cell function and reduce fatigue in people with low levels of B-12. If I remember (so much for brain cell function), I take it every other day. I really don’t see any difference whether I take it or not. Luckily, no issues with my A1C levels yet. And they keep lowering the acceptable levels of LDL’s because I swear they want everyone on a statin. I am just below the threshold for now. | ||

| Is her show still on TV? I've not really tried to find it, but I'd like to watch it again. I spoke to my dermatologist about her show once. He said it was okay, but she tauts some of these cures as if they are new, mircle drugs when they have been around for ages at every dermatologists disposal. I think he was a bit jealous, lol. |

| @flanders lol...sadly I've been swimming (but only 1 to 2 times a week) for the last year. Quite happy with my times - 1000m in just under 22minutes on average -supposedly intermediate level (faster than 50% of swimmers) for my age group - 52. Was thinking about one of those old timers swim leagues during the winter. In my youth I was 'elite' so with more swimming I figured I could get to at least advanced? Winter is a killer - just indoors and snacking!! @Studley_Dudley - yup Ukrainian/British heritage - my winter comfort foods are perogies, cabbage rolls (Ukrainian with very little meat) and Potato Leek soup, as well as nachos! - all carb all the time and just convert to sugar!!!! Oh well - good motivation to get the numbers down and stay off any meds!! |
