| When a CBCS order is on 'Shipping' status (created only last Dec. 4, 2023), and I had Press Screen on, does that mean pressing was already done? I could have sworn that some of those books would benefit from pressing before slabbing, at least a couple. But turnaround time was really fast, so do you think they did not press screen, or press screened but found no bump in grade? |

| When do the newly-graded or newly-slabbed (if OA) comic books appear under 'My Collectibles'? The order is already in 'Shipping' status, so there is an assumption that the labels already exist. Excited to see the grade for a couple of Golden Age books I submitted. Thanks in advance for your answer. |

| I have a possible dilemma. I sent an original art to an artist to sign for 90 euros. 40 for signature and 50 for postage. After signing, he is now asking for more money. Another 55 euros for postage. He also wants payment sent to a different PayPal address. It was one of my favorite batman original art but I hate the idea of it being held hostage. This is a very famous artist in Italy so I have little to no recourse because everything was done with paypal friends and family and in another country. The only thing I have in my favor is that he signed my art and sent me photos. |

| @Bronte damn dude. That sucks. I would pay it to get the art back. I think Italy taxes PayPal payments so it’s possible that’s why he wants you to send to another account. And once this is all done, make a big post on cgc forums warning everyone. Included pics of all communication. |

| I spoke to my buddy that has an international company and shipping company. She said if they drop it off at any shipping company she will pay for the shipping. Thing is can I trust them now to even do that? Edit He said it was misunderstanding. He is shipping it. |

| I was told by my cousin that his books are still on 'Shipping' status from the CBCS tracker pages (total of 2 orders) since 18-Dec-2023. Is that normal? Also, he sent in an order that was received by CBCS last 26-Dec-2023, but it shows as 'Cancelled' on his account. He has contacted CBCS customer support, but no response yet. He did not open a forum account, so he's asking me to post this in his behalf. Any guidance will be appreciated. Thank you everyone. |

| Has anyone else experienced a recent sales surge? I just got a notification that I sold two books through Comiclink and I previously sold my Frankenstein Comics #19 through Ebay about a week ago.
