| 4 books VSP submitted last April (2022), and still nothing.... Contacted the Customer Service thru phone, email, and Facebook messenger. Even got a Sales Specialist to look into it for me... All that was said in the last email exchange was that my order been ticketed by CS and no response on the issue lately. I was hoping to get the books back by now before another convention come up... | ||

| well it counts as received when its received at their actually location and put into the system which is usually 1 or 2 months later. lately they have been better quicker and better but if they are backed up, could take a year or more. so if lets say they got it june of last year....could be any week now. I had the same issue with my first submission. submitted it at a convention in november 2021. they officially received it a month later. got it back feb of this year. I too had same questions and problems. be patient |

| LAST April? Holy crap. I submitted 7 books for VSP in April of THIS year, and they are in the "Verification and Grading" stage. | ||

| Thought they said all books in the system were going to be returned by May 1st ? They had some of mine almost that long but I got them back early May. Stay on them. Hopefully they don't just stop replying, as happened with me. |
