	If a book is missing an insert that was supposed to be attached to it, the grade would top out at 7.0. If an item can not be safely encapsulated with the book, it is returned to the customer and it is considered "missing." If it can be safely encapsulated with the book, it would just be considered "detached" and the hit to the grade would be less significant than one missing the insert.

	I would send it in, Garry. I sincerely doubt that CBCS would deviate from how the cgc grades it. It seems that it will get a grade hit if it isn't present.
