How many people here are taking advantage of the verified signature promotion? I got an email yesterday saying my books arrived at CBCS and they are being processed now. I just did a Jim Shooter and Michael Witherby Warriors of Plasm! Why? I don't know. I thought about trying to get my own signature verified because I still have about a dozen comics from my youth when I wrote my name on them. But I don't think I'm famous enough...yet!?! | ||

My three were received today: DC Horror Presents: Sgt. Rock vs. The Army Of The Dead #1 Signed by Bruce Campbell (he said it was the first one he signed!) Caliber Presents #1 Signed by James O'Barr Death: The High Cost of Living #1 Signed by Neil Gaiman and Chris Bachalo I assume that two out of three would sell for less than the cost of shipping/verifying/grading so I am happy to have had the VSP discount to lessen the sting. |

Quote:Originally Posted by Nuffsaid111 lol... I know the Perez and Wolfman are good - got those signed in person Too bad about the condition of the book - it's a Crisis on Infinite Earths #1 CPV but in like 7 condition. There were no grading companies even in existence (early 2000's) and I didn't want my good set signed so I took my readers - only getting 1 of the 12 graded though!! would be crazy expensive for the whole set!!! Shelly is a DF exclusive of Flash Comics #1 (millennium edition) with a little sketch Hamill and Feldstein were from Heritage Auctions where they 'believed them to be real' - so hopeful they really are (from the ones I've seen on-line I think they are) both books in rough shape though - I think ROTJ #2 in 6/7ish and Weird Science #7 in 2 or 3?? |
