| I am still working hard on Ripped "#2" and wanted to give an update. Issue 1 was 31 full pages of story. I have a point at which issue 2 will end on and was trying to trim out story beats to get the page count to about 18-20 pages so i could get "#2" out faster, but it just can't be done without sacrificing the story. I'm not going to do that. Right now I'm pacing it at 28 pages. Fewer than #1, but still a lot of action-packed pages. This weekend, im going to prep the first 5 pages to go to the colorist so he can get started. Once they come back, I'll let you guys have a preview because they perfectly set up issue "#2." I also have the two variant covers finished and colored. I'll let you guys see one of those a little closer to the launch of the Kickstarter. Until then, here's a piece of it...  |

| @SteveRicketts I remember seeing the interior art for page one and commenting on Tommy's mom, and roughs for the standard cover and heretofore unnamed alternate cover... of which I may have to get a metal copy if another certain forum member doesn't buy them all. And I have to admit my imagination has gone a thousand different directions trying to imagine Tommy and Gary explaining to the authorities how a certain street thug ended up in low Earth orbit. |
