| I’ll be running a sales thread on the CGC forum, starting on Thursday. Around 50 raw books & around 20 slabs. Majority of the books will be silver and golden age, and the majority (not quite all, as the title of this thread states but there’s only so many characters available in thread titles) of the books will be books without a single copy offered by any other seller (or myself) on eBay. Well, there is a copy of the Hesrt Throbs shown here on eBay, but it’s missing a page so 🤷🏻 I have pulled a couple dozen books so far. … Lichtenstein unattributed source books…..golden age war….golden age horror and so on. Post your SA & GA want lists up here, minimum grade acceptable and if I have it, I’ll post it in the sales thread and I’ll give you a heads up beforehand. Below are a couple books I will be posting in my CGC forum sale thread… I am only posting these 2 books in this preview thread because I happened to have them lying on one of my bookshelves , raw & had planned on pressing them. I do not do any sort of dry cleaning of books that involves erasers/dry cleaning pads as this degrades paper health…and I may not even press anything, at all. To give you more of idea what kind of raw books I have; I have 3 copies of Tales Of The Unexpected #16 , Katy Keene #1 etc etc….   If any books are pressed, a pic of the FC & BC taken prior to the press will be posted in the thread. |

| @teacha777 Yes, I have a mid grade FF 52. Probably around a 5.5 a press may bump it up half a point or so. The main grade limiting defect is the small marvel chipping at the bottom RC of the FC. Not sure I want to offer it up for sale unpressed or unpressed & raw. This sales thread isn’t intended to be a sale of books one can commonly find on eBay. If I do post it up for sale in the thread, I’ll press it first and rebar it in a silver/gold full back & Mylite2. It’s in the Mylar & board I bought it in, back in around 2016 from a LCS that had a going out of business sale. That said, if this book is offered up, I’ll be priced in that sales thread. Not looking to “pre-sell” books on here as it’s verboten per CGC forum sales thread rules to even mention the CBCS forums.     |
