I am wondering if I can submit to CBCS two sketch covers done by the artist that he made into custom made sketch cover blanks. I know I would have to submit them as "ART" only, not graded for the issue since he replaced the staples, added the cover for the sketch and restapled. I do not want to have an "acetate" incident with these. Fully disclosing what was done on both of the books. Thoughts? Here is the art from Herrera Bocet. | I believe you could have the artist fill out the paperwork and at least get an Authentic label for the sigs. I’m not 100% on that. | ||
